  9. Anyone out there use V.34 modems in synchronous mode?  I've been 
  10. looking at several for an OEM application, but haven't found one 
  11. that fits well.  The lower end stuff ($100-250) either haven't 
  12. implemented sync mode or if they have and they've screwed it up. 
  13. The one I found that worked well had lousy connect rates.
  14. The higher end stuff (>$400 and up) work well, but provide so 
  15. many extra functions (at a cost) and are so large I can't help 
  16. but think there's something in between that will fit my needs.  
  17. Any ideas?
